HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and cleaning companies.
You’re good at the work. The phone should ring because of it, not because a competitor showed up first.

01
Calls go to whoever shows up first
People nearby search for what you do and find a competitor, or find you and can’t tell which towns you cover.
-
02
Your site wasn’t built for a phone
Customers usually find you on their phone, often in a hurry. If the number isn’t one tap away, they go back and pick someone else.
-
03
Leads slip through after hours
A quote request at 9 pm sits until morning, and by then they’ve booked someone who answered.
One person, from the first call to a live site.
Every project is fixed-price, with a written scope before any work starts. You own the site, the domain and every account.

How Google and AI search decide who to show.
When someone asks for “a plumber near Woburn”, Google and tools like ChatGPT look for businesses they can clearly match to the job and the town. I work on all four of these signals.
-
01
Your Google profile
Complete hours, services, service area and photos, so you can show up in the map results.
-
02
Clear pages
A page for each service you offer, saying plainly what you do and where, in a way search engines can read.
-
03
Your reviews
How many, how recent, and whether you reply to them.
-
04
The same details everywhere
Your name, phone and service area matching on your site, your profile and every listing.
A Boston-area HVAC company, rebuilt for calls.
Woburn and the Boston area
Woburn, Burlington, Lexington, Winchester, Stoneham, Reading, Medford, Somerville, Cambridge and Boston.
Outside that list? I work with businesses across the US too. Everything runs online, with calls when they help.
How much does a website cost?
A landing page starts at $2,500 and a full business website at $7,500. You get a fixed price in writing within 24 hours, before any work starts. Projects are split 50% to start and 50% at launch.
How long does it take?
A landing page takes 1–2 weeks and a full business website 3–6 weeks. Your quote includes the timeline, and you see the design before anything is built.
Do I need a new website, or can you fix the one I have?
Not always a new one. If your site is solid, fixing your Google profile, your business details and a few key pages can be enough, and that works with Wix, Squarespace and WordPress. If the site itself is what’s costing you calls, I’ll tell you.
Will my business show up on Google?
No one can guarantee a ranking, so be careful with anyone who promises one. I set up your Google Business Profile, give each service a clear page, make your name, phone and service area match everywhere, and track where you show up every month. Google profile changes can show within weeks.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Every site comes with an editor set up for your content and a short walkthrough, so day-to-day edits like hours, prices and photos don’t need a developer. Or leave it to me with a care plan.
Do you work outside Woburn?
Yes. I’m based in Woburn and work across the Boston area, including Burlington, Lexington, Winchester, Stoneham, Reading, Medford, Somerville, Cambridge and Boston, and with businesses across the US. Everything runs async, with calls when they help.
